IAN QUINT

PRESIDENT

Ian Quint graduated from McGill University before obtaining his law degree from York University in 2005. After being called to the New-York State Bar, Ian joined Quintcap in 2005. In 2015 Ian started Groupe Quint where his functions include property management, leasing, construction, development, acquisitions and asset management. Ian also obtained a General Contractor license and act as general contractor for the construction of all phases of Groupe Quint’s industrial, commercial, residential, office and hotel projects. He takes pride in building and managing properties to the highest standards in the industry. He wants to create the best space possible for companies to flourish and prosper.

MÉLISSA BOYER

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mélissa Boyer is Groupe Quint’s executive director since January 2013. She graduated from Concordia University as a biologist before attending the University of British Columbia to become a teacher. A few years later, she graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree for using technology in the classroom. Having taught French, English, mathematics, and various pure and applied sciences subjects, she acquired extensive experience with a variety of administrative tasks. In 2012, she obtained an office administration certificate, the most recent diploma on her long list.  As a life-long learner, Melissa has been able to understand rapidly the real estate world and the construction industry in order to assist Ian Quint at the highest level.  Melissa has gained considerable knowledge in the fields of leasing, marketing, due diligence work, construction budgeting, communication, advertising and office management. By delegating administrative tasks to Melissa, Ian Quint has been able to focus on the rapid expansion of Groupe Quint.

TERRI SAURO

CFO

Terri Sauro is Groupe Quint’s CFO. She is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury, financial reporting and tax planning for the organization. She is also responsible for conceiving and implementing solutions for operational and organizational efficiencies and in providing structure to support the company’s rapid growth.

Terri is a native Montrealer and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in 1982 and subsequently received her CPA designation from the Quebec CPA Order in 1984. Terri has an extensive career in real estate having previously held senior vice president positions at Kevlar Group, Nexacor Realty Management and has also held Director level positions at TrizecHahn and other major real estate companies where she was a key member of the management team.

MARC-ANDRÉ BÉRUBÉ

VP DEVELOPMENT

Marc-André has more than 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate and project development. He joined officially Groupe Quint’s rank in 2018 after working with them since 2016 as an expert-consultant. He now drives all of Groupe Quint projects, from pre–development to construction.

Prior to joining Groupe Quint, Marc-André was an urbanist and development director with HArden Group from 2013 to 2016 until he founded his own consulting firm M-A.B Urbaniste Conseil.

DANIEL JEAN

VP OPERATION

Daniel has an impressive experience with property management. He joinded Groupe Quint’s team in 2018 after working with CREIT, CAPREIT, Arcturus Real-Estate, Standard Life Canada and GWL for several years.

Daniel is responsible for all of Groupe Quint’s property operations where his strategic approach will allow to maximize the value of the properties under his care while keeping the operation costs competitive for the tenants. The secret to his success lies in good planification and a tight control of the operation budget in place and the spending required.

JEFF KLAIMAN

VP- LEASING

Jeff is Groupe Quint’s VP Leasing.  He has an impressive track sheet record having leased spaces in Quebec and Eastern Canada since 2008 to a variety of tenants.
Prior to joining Groupe Quint, Jeff has worked for Sandalwood Management, First Capital Realty and Riocan.

MICHAEL BONETTO

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Michael is Groupe Quint’s Senior Property Manager. He has more than 25 years’ experience in this field. He manages the day to day operation of Groupe Quint’s indoor malls including overseeing the leasing coordination, budgeting, tenant construction, marketing and public relations, security, maintenance, landscaping and janitorial.

Michael has managed several build outs of commercial lease spaces related to a variety of different commercial buildings. He also has experience in accounting, sales and leasing which helps him understand the different sides of the real estate business. Prior to joining Groupe Quint, Michael was a property manager/director for CarbonLeo-Oxford, DGI, Primaris Management and Ivanhoé Cambridge. Throughout his career, Michael has helped distressed properties completely turn around and become profitable. Michael holds a Bachelor in Accounting from Laval University and holds several certificates in shopping centers management, leasing, CSM designation, negotiation, retail tendencies and sales.

PETER PAPAGEORGIOU

PROPERTY MANAGER

Peter is Groupe Quint’s Property Manager since 2018. He has more than 20 years’ experience in this field. He manages the day to day operation of Groupe Quint’s strip malls.

Prior to joining Groupe Quint, Peter was a property manager for Mandevco, Rosed Group, Arcturus Property Corp., Teracon Properties, Sergakis Holdings and Cornerstone Properties. Throughout his career, Peter has enhanced value of the properties he managed through cost control measures, reduced vacancy, tenant appreciation and re-targeting projects. Peter holds a Bachelor in Commerce from McGill University and holds several certificates with the Bomi institute.

AIDAN BOURKE

LEASING AGENT

Aidan is the property manager responsible for some strip malls owned and managed by Groupe Quint.  As  a leasing agent and a property manager, Aidan is  dedicated and will consistently go above and beyond to find the perfect space for Groupe Quint’s current and prospective tenants.

Aidan graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston with a Bachelor in Economics and worked for  Groupe Harden as a leasing coordinator.

SYLVAIN FAUCHER

CHIEF SUPERINTENDANCE & RENOVATION

Sylvain is the superintendent responsible for all the properties managed by Groupe Quint. Not only can he fix everything and perform various tasks associated with the upkeep and the optimal operation of our properties, Sylvain is also the construction foreman for the renovation, expansion and improvement of these buildings. Sylvain is able to plan, coordinate, direct and control all activities related to the projects in order to achieve Groupe Quint’s vision.

SARAH BURKE

LEGAL COUNSEL

Me Sarah Burke is the in-house lawyer at Groupe Quint. She is responsible for drafting and analyzing all of Groupe Quint’s legal documents, from acquisition to leasing.

Sarah graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Law Degree and worked for Karambatsos Lawyers before joining Groupe Quint.
