Groupe Quint announced on January 31st 2019 that it had purchased Plaza Delson, a 145,000 sq.ft. shopping center, well located along Hwy 132 and Georges-Gagné South Blvd in Delson.
This regional mall is composed of 6 buildings with 5 that are entirely leased and where the 6th one will be renovated in 2019 by Groupe Quint. The Quebec-based real-estate firm will renovate the façade and will greet new tenants soon.
Plaza Delson is well located within the Roussillon sector, as it is adjacent to an important bus-terminal that is linked to the nearby train station. Plaza Delson has a nice variety of services with important tenants like Pharmaprix, SAQ, Banque Nationale, Harvey’s, Subway, Naturiste, Dollar Magi-Prix and smaller tenants like a nail salon, a hair dresser, a Greek restaurant, a daycare, etc.
This is the 6th acquisition of commercial real-estate on the South Shore of Montreal for Groupe Quint since its creation in 2015 (Place La Citière à La Prairie, Carrefour de la Gare St-Hubert, Complexe 20/20 de Boucherville, Centre Régional Châteauguay, Épicerie Valmont de Boucherville).
