Groupe Quint has purchased two smaller retail properties, one in Sherbrooke (3,735 sq.ft.) and one in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts (4,200 sq.ft.) on January 21st 2020.

The Montreal-based real-estate developer announced Tuesday that it had acquired a former Pizza Hut and a former Burger King and will proceed with the redevelopment of those properties for 4 new tenants.

Last year, Groupe Quint acquired for over 2,000,000 sq.ft. of retail and office space in Quebec and Ontario.

Groupe Quint will soon announce the new tenants which will be occupying the vacant spaces located at 736 King St. East in Sherbrooke and 670 Principale St in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.

With this acquisition Groupe Quint now has an even stronger geographical representation in the Eastern Townships, by adding to its 2 shopping centers in Granby and 18-building complex in Bromont.
